My beloved seniors,

I know that this time has been tough- and I am just PRAYING that you have been quarantining safely and well and with a great group of roommates, family, etc.

I have been trying to scheme up what I can do for you guys while it feels like we are being robbed of the normalcy and excitement of your last quarter! Now that SLO has (kind of) technically allowed outdoor socially distanced photoshoots, I am so excited to offer you Just Right Outside Sessions (JROs for short, so cute) while we wait for all the regulations to be lifted enough to complete a successful senior session safely (the alliteration there, honestly I’m impressed with myself).

The idea is that we take photos of you right outside your place (#stayhome) with your quarantine team! (This is most likely your roommates, but if you are in SLO with your family or with your partner, that’s who gets to be in these, too!)

You may ONLY include people in this shoot who live in your house. This is absolutely NOT a time to take photos with your boyfriend or group of friends who live in another household. I trust you guys, so please don’t allow this shoot to become something that causes us to bend rules or put the health of others in jeopardy. We will have SO MUCH TIME to do more fun shoots with people you aren’t quarantining with moving forward!

**These JROS are completely donation based and ALL donations are going to Girls Who Handle It. From the very beginning, we have realized how much support GWHI needs right now while so many are struggling with eating disorders, abusive families, and mental health struggles. You and your quarantine team can decide together how much you’d like to donate, and directly Venmo @girlswhohandleit. There is no suggested donation, or any pressure, so anything you feel comfortable with is a-okay with us! We are excited to be doing this at all!

All Just Right Outside Sessions will be held between 5:45, 6:15 and 6:45 pm. When you sign up for a session, simply pick a day when you pick your time slot. I may have to adjust your time slot depending on location, so know that I will update you AS SOON AS POSSIBLE what exact time I will be there! I want to make sure I have time to get from each house to the other and want to map it out efficiently! Make sure you choose a time all the people in your house can attend (if they want to…)

I am only offering these during quarantine, ps!

The shoots will only be about 10-15 minutes long!

Other fun things:

• Make sure all cars are moved (as much as possible) from the front of your place! The best spot for your photos to be taken will be anywhere with a little bit of shade, or at least where the sun is to your back!

• Wear whatever you want- quarantine clothes, cute clothes, Cal Poly clothes- totally up to you guys!

• I will totally be wearing a mask! And I will obvi stay even more than 6 feet away! I cannot come inside!

• If you wanted to get creative, please do. I’ve seen some really cute ones with gals in the pool, guys with their Taco Tuesday set up, etc. Wanna wear masks and gloves? Go for it. We can be simply cute or we can have fun with it- either way I AM SO EXCITED to see you.

• I will be sending the photos to you guys within a week of your session!
